What happens after I send a referral to Rise Up Benefits Group?
Viola or a licensed agent on her team reaches out to the person you referred, by phone, text or email, at the time you suggested if you gave one. We let them know you sent them our way, answer their questions and explain their options.
Your referral goes straight to our team, not to a call center, and we may follow up with you if we have trouble reaching them.
Will you pressure the person I refer?
No. We educate first and let people decide in their own time. If they are happy with what they have, we tell them so. No sales pressure. Just education.
Does it cost anything to work with Rise Up Benefits Group?
No. Our help costs nothing for you or for the person you refer. Agents are paid by the insurance company a person chooses, and the premium is the same whether they enroll through us or on their own.
Do I get paid or rewarded for a referral?
No. We do not pay referral fees or offer rewards, and that keeps the focus where it belongs: on getting the person you care about the right help. A referral is the highest compliment you can give us, and we will treat it that way.
Do I need their permission before I refer someone?
Yes, please ask first. The form has a box that confirms they agreed to hear from a licensed agent at Rise Up Benefits Group. Without it, we are not allowed to contact them.
What kinds of help can Rise Up Benefits Group give them?
Medicare (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D drug plans), health insurance for individuals and families under 65, life insurance, long-term care, retirement income and annuities, dental and vision, and benefits for small employers.

Can you help someone who lives in another state?
Often, yes. Viola Lucero is licensed in 29 states plus DC, and we help people by phone and video as well as in person at our office in Chandler, AZ. Refer them and we will confirm we can help where they live.
Will you tell me what coverage they chose?
No. What they share with us about their health and their coverage stays between them and us. We are glad to let you know we reached out, and they are always free to tell you more themselves.
